Many resources are included, a measure of self esteem, a workbook and tapping session as well. If you are new to EFT, there is a module on how to use Tapping. Introduction to Tapping
If you are new to EFT Tapping, there are 3 video lessons + a workbook to learn EFT and help you get started.
Module 1
This video lesson + downloadable workbook outlines the contributors to low self esteem and confidence and ways to find these in your own life.
Module 2
This video lesson delves into how to measure self esteem and create your own formulation.
Module 3
This is a practical Tapping session with Dr Peta where you will focus on a past event identified in the previous modules.
Module 4
This is bonus Masterclass that outlines how to use EFT Tapping to find core issues that may be contributing to self esteem and confidence concerns.

About Dr Peta Stapleton
Dr Peta Stapleton has 27 years experience as a registered Clinical & Health Psychologist in Queensland, Australia and is currently an Associate Professor in Psychology at Bond University. She delivers this program on Clinical EFT for Self Esteem and Confidence.
Peta is well known internationally in the area of Clinical EFT and is consulted for podcasts, radio, television and print media for her expert opinion. Peta’s most significant contribution in her research life has been to lead world-first randomized clinical trials investigating Emotional Freedom Techniques (or ‘Tapping’). The results have been outstanding. This treatment has now been compared to a gold standard, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and also in an online and self-directed format. As a result of this research she was invited to write The Science Behind Tapping for Hay House, speak at conferences worldwide, and deliver master classes as webinars for international audiences.

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is still considered experimental in nature although it is gaining in scientific support it is not yet widely accepted as a formally validated scientific technique.
